Ever since he was a child, Gabriel Volpi has been fascinated by the art of capturing spaces and details with his camera. He turned his hobby into a profession in 2017, when he began working as an Architectural and Interior Design photographer in his hometown of Sao Paulo, Brazil. In 2018, he moved to Miami and fell in love with the city’s vibrant and diverse Architecture. Gabriel lives and works in Miami, collaborating with some of the most talented Designers and Architects in the Industry, showcasing their work in stunning images. A Timeless Family Home – The New Classic by Steele Street Studios
The vision for this home was clear from the start: to create a space that felt like an English country estate—rich in history, character, and warmth. The homeowners wanted an interior that exuded timelessness, as if the house had gracefully aged over generations. Every detail was meticulously chosen to craft an environment where classic charm met modern functionality, resulting in a home that was both sophisticated and livable.
Through the use of aged oak beams, wide plank hardwood floors, and hand-stained wood paneling, the design team was able to instill a sense of heritage and craftsmanship. Organic textures like chiseled limestone floors, aged marble, and honed quartzite countertops added depth and authenticity. Large windows invited abundant natural light, enhancing the materiality of the space and reinforcing the home’s inviting atmosphere.
