Bathed in sunlight high above the city, NR Residence is a poetic expression of balance and refinement. With each surface thoughtfully composed, it evokes a feeling of calm modernity—where light, texture, and proportion converge to create an atmosphere of quiet sophistication and timeless appeal.
Suspended 58 floors above Miami’s cosmopolitan rhythm, NR Residence commands a privileged vantage point over Biscayne Bay and the glittering skyline. From this elevated perspective, Nar Design Studio conceived an interior that feels both connected to its surroundings and distinctly private—a retreat that mirrors the vitality of the city while maintaining its own quiet introspection. The penthouse’s triangular floor plan became a defining element, inspiring an architectural composition that embraces asymmetry as both aesthetic statement and spatial solution. Rather than concealing the unconventional geometry of the layout, the design celebrates it. Angled walls and shifting perspectives introduce a dynamic flow that guides movement naturally through the open spaces. Nar Design Studio uses asymmetry as a means to highlight visual tension—where every perspective reveals a carefully considered balance between form and function. The triangular dimensions, far from being a constraint, lend the apartment a sculptural quality, transforming each room into an exploration of proportion and light.
