Korn Residence is an ode to calm and timeless beauty. Within its walls, natural light rests on stone and wood surfaces, revealing an architectural language that breathes balance.
From its conception, Korn Residence was imagined as a home that unites modern sophistication with warmth and livability. The client sought an interior that offered serenity beyond aesthetics. Bea Interiors translated this vision into a visual language of clean lines, soft textures, and natural materials, creating spaces that balance sculptural elegance with everyday comfort. The home becomes a synthesis of art, architecture, and wellbeing. It is a home that invites stillness, contemplation, and elegant simplicity. The project is grounded in a contemporary minimalism softened by organic materials. A palette of whites, creams, and light woods creates an atmosphere that is enveloping and timeless. Travertine, marble, and oak define the key surfaces, while rounded furniture introduces sculptural gestures that temper architectural precision. Every element—from marble veins to soft neutral fabrics—was chosen with intention, seeking harmony between durability and beauty. Materiality plays a central role in connecting aesthetics and function. Travertine and marble bring solidity and sculptural character, turning tables, fireplaces, and walls into artistic statements. Light oak introduces warmth that counterbalances the mineral coolness of stone, maintaining a delicate balance between luxury and natural authenticity. Connection to nature is a defining principle. Visual continuity toward the garden and pool extends the interior experience into the landscape, blurring the boundary between indoors and outdoors.
