David's passion started in 2011, when he studied at The Creative Photography School of Havana, a prestigious institution founded by Tomas Inda Barrera. Later, in 2015, he joined the National Union of Writers and Artist of Cuba, where he learned from Alberto “El Chino” Arcos, one of the most renowned Cuban photographers and storytellers. Architecture comes natural for David, his photographs are easily distinguishable for the meticulous application of compositions, always keeping the weight of the story to the building itself. His work captures concepts, ideas and emotions, usually involving the human figure to add context and proportionality.
