Evoking a coastal calm that resonates with its Miami surroundings, Seabreeze is a measured and harmonious family home defined by its sculptural silhouettes, luminous palette, and seamless integration between indoors and out.

This newly built, single-level family home spans approximately 800 square metres and was envisioned as a place that would support a comfortable, flowing lifestyle in harmony with its surroundings. The layout is anchored by a central axis, connecting social spaces with private zones in a seamless spatial rhythm. The open-plan design enhances both movement and sightlines, with nearly every room offering direct access to the surrounding gardens, blurring the boundaries between interior and exterior. Natural light plays a leading role throughout Seabreeze. Expansive floor-to-ceiling windows integrate the garden visually, allowing a continuous flow of daylight that evolves with the hours. Sheer curtains filter the sunlight, creating a soft, immersive atmosphere. A sophisticated lighting scheme complements the daylight, layering indirect lighting, alabaster pendants and decorative accents to create different moods throughout the day and evening.

In the main living room, furniture with organic lines introduces movement and softens the architectural geometry. Curved sofas, sculptural coffee tables and natural wood details bring warmth and subtle complexity to the space. The palette—earthy tones, tactile materials, soft lighting—creates a setting that shifts gracefully with the light, supporting both sociability and quiet reflection. Adjacent to the main lounge, a more intimate sitting room opens and closes through sliding doors, offering moments of privacy. Here, art takes centre stage. Two large-format artworks lend rhythm and personality to the space, serving as emotional anchors. Throughout the home, a thoughtful curation of contemporary pieces, pop art and sculpture animates the interiors, adding vibrancy without disrupting the home's serenity.

The home’s palette is grounded in soft neutrals—white, grey, stone and ecru—that reinforce a sense of calm and visual unity. This chromatic restraint is paired with materials that are rich in texture: lacquered wood, natural stone, and layered textiles. The result is a tactile and authentic atmosphere, where elegance is expressed through the honesty and integrity of each surface.

Between the lounge and the kitchen, the dining area is conceived as an open, luminous zone where every element—from the sculptural table to the suspended lighting—has been chosen with intent. The kitchen, visually connected to the garden, features a generous central island that serves as prep surface, cooking zone and casual dining bar. Alabaster lighting lends a warm glow that elevates the space without overwhelming it. The result is a tactile and authentic atmosphere, where elegance is expressed through the honesty and integrity of each surface.

The main bedroom is imagined as an introspective retreat. Gentle textures, natural fabrics and a quiet palette of whites and greys evoke a space designed for rest and restoration. The bed is framed by custom lacquered joinery that integrates floating nightstands, while at the foot, a small seating area invites pause and reflection. A functional vanity completes the suite, paired with crystal pendant lights and a floor-to-ceiling mirror that extends the sense of light and depth. The adjoining ensuite continues this refined language with a solid Calacatta marble washbasin, designed by the studio, complemented by porcelain flooring and premium fixtures from Fantini.



Each of the additional bedrooms interprets the home’s overarching design language through subtle variations. The guest suite combines greens and ecru with a mosaic-inspired wallpaper that adds depth and character. The children’s bedroom blends whites and soft blues, with integrated lighting and a custom wall-to-wall headboard that unifies the space. A light-toned floor reinforces the room’s gentle, youthful ambiance. Two areas of the home intentionally diverge from the neutral palette. The private gym, defined by black accents and timber finishes, reflects the couple’s athletic lifestyle, while the family room introduces bolder gestures—vivid artwork and a bespoke shelving unit showcasing the clients’ LEGO collection. These spaces, more expressive and playful, speak to the individuality and warmth that define this home.
