Perched high within the iconic Aston Martin Residences, this Miami retreat is a harmonious blend of luxury and tranquility. Designed by Rosario Esperante Design, it combines the warmth of a personal sanctuary with the sophistication of high-end hospitality, all set against the stunning backdrop of downtown Miami, Miami Beach, and the bay.

The client’s vision for their second home was clear: a space that would feel both intimate and grand, suited for relaxing evenings and lively gatherings. Rosario Esperante Design delivered a residence that prioritizes functionality, luxury, and the breathtaking views that make Aston Martin Residences one of Miami’s most coveted addresses. Central to the design is a custom-built bar area, a multifunctional masterpiece that anchors the living space. This feature combines hidden storage, a wine cellar, and a Samsung Frame TV that transforms into art, showcasing how practicality and beauty can coexist effortlessly. Its sleek, modern design makes it a focal point, ideal for both entertaining and everyday use.

To balance the existing white marble flooring, warm-toned woods, plush fabrics, and soft textures were introduced. These elements infuse the space with warmth, counteracting the cool aesthetic of the flooring while creating a cohesive, inviting ambiance. A palette of neutral tones further enhances the harmonious atmosphere, ensuring timeless sophistication. Expansive windows frame the unparalleled vistas of downtown Miami, Miami Beach, and the bay. These views, celebrated as the apartment’s defining feature, are seamlessly integrated into the design. Interiors remain understated to allow the vibrant cityscapes and serene waters to take center stage.

The building’s concrete ceiling posed challenges for lighting placement. To overcome this, a flexible LODES chandelier was chosen for the dining area, allowing for strategic positioning without altering the structure. Layered ambient and accent lighting further highlights key design elements while creating a warm, welcoming glow throughout the home. With the abundance of windows limiting wall space for traditional storage, innovative solutions were a necessity. Custom furniture in the master bedroom serves as both a headboard and a concealed storage unit, maximizing functionality without compromising the room’s elegance. Additional storage is discreetly integrated into the bar area, maintaining the sleek aesthetic.
