An Experience for All Senses – Txoko Rincón de Tapeo Español by The Atar

Txoko Rincón de Tapeo Español, located in the historic Estación Villa Anita, is more than a restaurant—it’s an ode to Spanish culinary tradition. With a warm ambiance and a proposal that fuses gastronomy and design, this space, inspired by the traditional txokos of the Basque Country, revives the essence of the Iberian Peninsula.

Behind this venture are its visionary owners: Juan Manuel Cavoret, chef and co-owner, bringing over two decades of culinary expertise from Spain; Anahí Dimo, host and graphic designer, who ensures warmth and care in every detail; and Fernando Raffo, owner of the Estación Villa Anita complex, whose commitment to historical preservation gives Txoko a unique and unforgettable atmosphere.
