Nandez Design Studio is a prominent design and construction firm based in Miami, founded in 2009 by visionary architect and entrepreneur Charlie Hernández. Born in Caracas, Venezuela, Charlie emigrated to the United States to pursue his passion for architecture, earning his bachelor's degree in architecture from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge. After gaining professional experience at LaguardaLow Architects in Dallas, he established Nandez Design Studio with the mission of providing innovative architectural and construction solutions under a Design+Build model. Since its inception, Nandez Design Studio has led over 100 residential and commercial projects across South Florida, with a particular focus on luxury homes. The company's design philosophy centers on creating timeless, functional, and innovative spaces that seamlessly blend aesthetics, quality, and purpose.
