The architectural identity of the building is defined by its facade, characterized by a geometric grid that allows for optimal opening towards the street. The prominent use of exposed concrete provides solidity and durability, while the carefully planned design ensures efficient distribution of interior spaces. This layout also optimizes natural lighting and ventilation, with social spaces oriented towards the main facade and bedrooms towards the opposite side, providing greater privacy and tranquility.
Inside, spatial continuity is reinforced by the exposed concrete ceiling, which extends from the interior to the balconies, creating a sense of fluidity and connection with the exterior environment. An accessible terrace with a grill and a gathering space on the ground floor have been incorporated, fostering community interaction and providing opportunities to enjoy the outdoors within the building.
The ground floor stands out for its double heights, both in the entrance and in the commercial space, which establish a distinctive relationship with the street and pedestrians. On the upper floors, each apartment has been designed with cross ventilation and generous openings that allow for a seamless connection with the exterior, ensuring comfort and well-being in all seasons.
The top of the building offers a complete duplex with three bedrooms and an upper floor with a private terrace and additional services. This "house in height" provides configuration flexibility and high-quality details, consolidating the proposal as an exclusive living option in the city.
The choice of "austere" materials, such as exposed concrete, not only gives the building character and durability but also minimizes long-term maintenance costs. The neutrality of concrete allows for various interior design options, adapting to different styles and preferences. This residential building is a notable example of how architecture can harmoniously fuse design and functionality to create exceptional living spaces. Its focus on quality makes it an attractive option for those seeking a home that combines style and comfort in a privileged location.
This project stands out for its focus on sustainability and energy efficiency. The use of durable and low-maintenance materials, such as exposed concrete, not only reduces environmental impact but also ensures the longevity of the building. The arrangement of cross ventilation and strategically located openings contributes to the reduction of energy consumption, creating a comfortable and healthy indoor environment for its residents.
The building represents a perfect balance between form and function. From its conception to its construction, every aspect has been carefully planned to offer an exceptional living space that adapts to modern needs and preferences. With its combination of innovative design, durable materials, and attention to detail, this project positions itself inspiring future generations of designers and urbanists to continue seeking creative and sustainable solutions for habitat.
