Roots in Motion – Miami Residence by Caroline Andrusko Arquitetos

Created for a Brazilian family in Miami, this 1,500 m2 residence balances contemporary character with emotional warmth. The studio reinvented the home by integrating cultural identity, daily functionality, and a deeply personal architectural narrative.

Caroline Andrusko Arquitetos transformed an existing Miami property into a family refuge with a distinctly Brazilian soul. Despite local architectural restrictions, the studio developed a Contemporary Farmhouse aesthetic, reorganized the interior plan, and incorporated natural materials, precise lighting, and spaces that celebrate memory, connection, and wellbeing.

A Study in Coastal Minimalism — SM Residence by Paula Ambrosio

Paula Ambrosio’s SM Project in Boca Raton transforms oceanfront living into an exercise in light, materiality, and restraint. The residence embodies quiet luxury, fusing European precision with coastal serenity.

Nestled within Boca Raton’s exclusive Ocean Towers, the SM Project by Paula Ambrosio redefines coastal living through minimalist sophistication and serene material harmony. Spanning 3,570 square feet, the apartment unfolds as a luminous sanctuary where proportion, texture, and light choreograph every moment. Ambrosio’s design language blends European modernism with the effortless calm of Florida’s shoreline, creating a home that feels both precise and poetic. Each space transitions seamlessly — from the glass-lined hallway to the glowing onyx powder room — reflecting a disciplined approach to refinement. The result is an atmosphere of quiet luxury, where architecture and emotion intertwine with oceanic grace.
