She is the founder of ARKTON Project Development, where she collaborates with developers and investors during the earliest stages of project planning, providing clarity through strategy, execution insight, and a regenerative perspective. Her background also includes the co founding of Dubiltek, a design build firm through which she delivered residential, hospitality, and commercial projects across Florida, overseeing complex construction processes and multimillion dollar budgets. Today, Adriana Castro Rodriguez focuses on integrating building systems, material strategy, human performance principles, and environmental responsibility into project definition. Her multidisciplinary expertise ensures projects are not only financially viable, but also aligned with sustainability, efficiency, and long term impact. She holds a degree in Architecture, a Master’s in Construction Management, is a licensed General Contractor, and a LEED AP BD+C.
