WOMA is a 22,188-square-metre mixed-use development containing 163 residences, offices, coworking facilities, retail and food-and-beverage space. MVRDV designed it as stacked, individually expressed blocks around landscaped public space and an elevated central plaza. Four double-height atelier apartments provide live-work and display space for creative residents. Fashion designer Rosita Hurtado’s new headquarters will occupy a prominent ground-floor corner. Rooftop amenities include a pool, sports terrace and pet park.
