El-Ad National Properties has renamed The District at Davie as The Plaza Davie District following the topping out of its first residential building. At full buildout, the development is planned to contain five residential towers with approximately 1,292 rental units, 36,000 square feet of restaurant and retail space, and parking for 2,650 vehicles. The first phase includes 288 apartments, private terraces, rooftop and wellness amenities, coworking areas, landscaped pedestrian routes and outdoor dining.
Status and timeline
The 22-story, 288-residence first building has topped out and remains under construction, with completion targeted for early 2027. The full 2.8-million-square-foot development is planned in three phases.
