Dezeen reports that Studio Egret West has submitted a more permeable masterplan for the remaining phases of the Battersea Power Station redevelopment. The work covers the development’s final 16-acre brownfield area and evolves Rafael Viñoly’s original masterplan, which was conceived more than 15 years ago. Battersea Power Station previously confirmed Studio Egret West’s appointment as master planner, urban designer and landscape architect for the remaining site, which has outline permission for up to 3.2 million square feet of mixed uses.
