Allegiant Stadium, Las Vegas, Nevada, United States
About this story
The North Entry renovation will create a raised pedestrian deck connecting the West Hacienda Avenue overpass to the stadium’s northern gate, with redesigned vehicle, pick-up and drop-off circulation below. Plans also anticipate a future connection to The Boring Company’s tunnel network. A large shaded canopy will cover the plaza and support concerts, activations and community programming.
Status and timeline
The Las Vegas Stadium Authority approved up to $75 million toward the estimated $158 million project. Preliminary design is underway. Construction is expected to start in the third quarter of 2027 and finish by the end of 2028, ahead of the 2029 Super Bowl.
Design highlights
Layering pedestrian and vehicle circulation vertically; creating a direct Strip-to-stadium pedestrian connection; using a large canopy for shade and as programmable event infrastructure.
