About this story

Spain’s Directorate-General for Urban Agenda and Architecture has launched a juried project competition to select the curatorial concept, exhibition design and touring curatorship for the Spanish Pavilion at the 20th International Architecture Exhibition of La Biennale di Venezia in 2027. The first prize is €15,000 excluding VAT and functions as an advance against the winning team’s professional fees. Additional awards include €5,000 for second place, €3,000 for third place and two €1,000 honorable mentions.
