About this story
RIBA shortlisted BRAC University in Dhaka, Green Field Factory of Karupannya Rangpur Limited in Rangpur, Royale Belge in Brussels and Z33 in Hasselt for its 2026 International Prize. The selection spans a naturally ventilated vertical university campus, a textile factory organized around landscape and employee wellbeing, the adaptive reuse of a 1960s office landmark and an extension joining an existing museum to a historic garden setting. The grand jury comprises Bijoy Jain, José Toral and Dr Sofie De Caigny.
Status and timeline
Shortlist announced September 17, 2026. The grand jury will visit all four projects before the winner is announced at the Stirling Prize ceremony on October 15, 2026.
