10 Design has released further details of Maison d’Or, a 19-story waterfront condominium developed by Kolter Urban. The building will contain 39 residences ranging from approximately 3,000 to more than 10,000 square feet. Flow-through plans and east- and west-facing terraces are intended to frame sunrise views over the Intracoastal Waterway and Palm Beach Island and sunset views over West Palm Beach. EDSA is credited with landscape architecture, while HBA Interior Design is designing amenity and lifestyle spaces.
