About this story
CASACOR Rio’s 35th edition transforms the early-1960s Edifício Aliança da Bahia into a temporary contemporary condominium of studios, lofts, apartments, gardens, hospitality spaces and shared amenities. Forty-seven projects connect architecture, interiors, art, landscape and sustainability under the theme Mente e Coração, which frames the home as a setting for wellbeing and reconnection. The occupation also supports the Reviver Centro initiative and places renewed attention on the modernist building and its retrofit.
Status and timeline
Open September 15 through November 8, 2026. The exhibition occupies six floors, the ground floor and the rooftop of the recently retrofitted building.
