World Monuments Fund’s annual summit will convene a public program about what cultural heritage is irreplaceable and how preservation can support adaptation and renewal. Sessions address the preservation and interpretation of American landmarks, neighborhoods, and collections; contested histories and the future stewardship of murals and public art; and how philanthropy, business, and public-sector partnerships can help heritage places adapt to climate change, conflict, and natural disasters. Listed speakers include Paul Goldberger, Rosie Lee Hooks, Brent Leggs, Simon Castets, Renato González Mello, Barbara Haskell, Ben Wiedel-Kaufmann, Coline Pont, William Raynolds, Clément Rouxel, and Debora Trein. Moderators include Jon Buono, Jonathan S. Bell, and WMF president and CEO Bénédicte de Montlaur. The event is held in conjunction with WMF’s 2026 Hadrian Gala.
