FL Interiors has embraced clean lines, impeccable finishes, and a neutral palette that envelops the space in a sense of calm and timeless sophistication. Natural elements have been strategically incorporated to reinforce the connection with the surroundings. The walnut gray wood adds depth and character, while the textured wallpapers bring exclusivity. This delicate balance between materials and tones ensures that the apartment flows visually, avoiding overcrowding the space while ensuring that every corner breathes harmony and balance.

The challenge of the project was to create a minimalist ambiance without making it feel empty or cold. To achieve this, a fluid layout was implemented, allowing an uninterrupted visual experience of the space. One of the standout features is the integration of a small bar, designed with the same refined aesthetic as the apartment. This element becomes a perfect gathering point for intimate get-togethers, where elegance and functionality merge effortlessly. The spacious dining area, strategically positioned to maximize the ocean view, reinforces the concept of hospitality and enjoyment. Every detail, from the furniture layout to the selection of materials, has been carefully chosen to ensure the space is versatile, inviting, and aesthetically flawless.
