The decision to replace the typical central core with a glass curtain atrium and strategically placed openings along the perimeter not only aligns with the building's program but also enhances its environmental performance. This shift not only addresses energy efficiency but also minimizes the need for interior light control, fostering a more comfortable and adaptable workspace.
