The foyer, bathed in light from a skylit patio, functions as a filter between the exterior and interior. This element emphasizes the double-height living room, where scale and proportion have been carefully studied to create a sense of spaciousness while maintaining the warmth of a home. The staircase, which follows the vertical journey alongside this interior patio, is not just a functional element but a sculptural piece that adds dynamism to the architectural composition.
