Positive Spaces – Casa CAMI by PUERTA35 Arquitectura
The premise of the project starts with the idea of generating more spacious and luminous areas in the living zone of the residence and creating a versatile space on the upper level connected to the city views.
On the first level, the focus is on the daytime living areas. A linear equipped furniture piece is designed to articulate the space, serving both the living room and the kitchen. This linear piece forms the entrance hall of the house, organizing the circulation and visual connections towards the common area.

The linear furniture piece acts as a pivotal element, integrating the entrance hall with the living room and kitchen, ensuring smooth transitions and unobstructed views. This design choice enhances the overall flow and functionality of the space, making it more cohesive and inviting.
On the upper level, a glass cube is proposed to develop open living areas connected to the coastal views. This space is associated with a series of exterior platforms and a water plane that merges with the sea, creating a seamless blend between indoor and outdoor environments.
The glass cube on the upper level serves as a multifunctional area that maximizes the panoramic views of the coast. This space is designed to be flexible, accommodating various activities while maintaining a strong connection to the natural surroundings.
Exterior platforms connected to the upper-level glass cube offer additional outdoor living spaces. These platforms are designed to extend the interior living areas, providing spaces for relaxation and social gatherings with uninterrupted views of the coastline.
