Golden Beach Luxury – Hidden Gem by FL Interiors Design Studio

This apartment is an ode to the infinite horizon. Rising above one of Miami’s most tranquil enclaves, each space is designed to embrace ocean light and the calm of its surroundings.

Located in the peaceful northern stretch of Miami, far from the city's usual bustle, this residence sits atop one of the most exclusive towers in Sunny Isles and Golden Beach. With only one residence per floor, this high-rise home offers a rare 360-degree view—of both the Atlantic Ocean and the urban skyline. The panoramic experience is uninterrupted and omnipresent, becoming the guiding principle of the entire project. FL Interiors Design Studio responded to this unique condition by orienting all rooms outward, creating an atmosphere where the sea becomes both scenery and protagonist. The result is an interior that invites stillness, contemplation, and beauty.

Spanning 512 square meters of interior space and an additional 195 square meters of exterior area, the apartment is laid out with generosity and flow. The day zone unfolds into a grand open space that connects the main living area to the dining room, further extending into the family room and kitchen. Private quarters include three bedrooms—each designed for rest and retreat—the primary suite offering its own sitting area and reading nook. A private gym completes the floor plan, while a wraparound terrace offers a full immersion into Miami’s light and air.

The decorative approach is grounded in the duality between sophistication and serenity. Designed as a vacation home, the apartment was intended to be both a refuge and a place to gather. The studio opted for a neutral, soft color palette that, far from feeling impersonal, radiates calm. Travertine—a warm, timeless material with rich texture—serves as the project's visual anchor. Paired with more dramatic quartzite accents, it creates a striking balance between nature and refinement. The result is an interior that breathes with a quiet elegance.

One of the project’s most striking qualities is its integration of art into the design narrative. Art is not an afterthought—it enriches the spatial experience and provides visual punctuation that contrasts with the neutral background. FL Interiors Design Studio collaborated with two renowned art figures: Chilean sculptor Ignacio Gana and Miami-based curator Totica Superlano. Gana’s bronze sculptures add character and depth to the spaces, while Superlano’s curated wall art includes works by Kevin Champeny and Romero Britto, injecting life and color.

More than a place to dine, the dining room is a scene set for conviviality and visual delight. A large table with a lacquered glass top seats twelve comfortably, while a modern ring chandelier becomes a sculptural gesture that activates the ceiling plane. Every element is carefully balanced—proportions, materials, lighting, and energy all work in harmony. In the family room, a custom-designed TV unit blends seamlessly into the architectural composition. Every line aligns with the project’s curatorial intent. In the kitchen, the bold use of color surprises and delights—a rich wine tone defines the cabinetry and connects visually to the turquoise shimmer of the sea beyond. This chromatic choice, while daring, feels perfectly attuned to the apartment’s coastal context.

The primary suite is designed as a private world within the apartment. Zoning allows for distinct areas—a sitting space and a reading corner by the window—without compromising spatial fluidity. The headboard wall features custom woodwork that adds reflection and texture while staying true to the project’s minimalist essence. Floor-to-ceiling mirrors on either side of the bed amplify light and invite the outside in, making rest an immersive experience. The main bathroom continues the project’s material narrative with matte travertine and integrated basins that emphasize clean lines. Wooden Venetian-style doors add warmth and a hint of craftsmanship. Meanwhile, the guest bathroom—fully clad in dramatic quartzite—offers a distinct personality. Fixtures from Roca’s Armani collection elevate the space with Italian elegance.

Surrounded by the ocean and the calm of the coast, this project elevates the concept of luxury into an emotional journey—one where art, architecture, and nature are not merely elements, but companions in harmony. Each space is thoughtfully curated to evoke a sense of peace and presence, transforming the home into a sanctuary that speaks not just to the eye, but to the soul.
