Through a comprehensive analysis, the design of Siga Turismo's headquarters transforms internal organization and creates a more efficient and comfortable work environment.
The project began with a detailed study of work dynamics, internal relationships, and the company’s growing areas. This approach allowed for a precise spatial strategy, reorganizing functions across two levels, decompressing workspaces, and fostering interaction among teams. The restructuring optimizes circulation, prioritizes functional areas, and reinforces the company’s visual identity, achieving a balance between aesthetics and functionality. To maximize operational efficiency, the project established two main zones: one dedicated to reception and customer service and another focused on sales and external operations. This segmentation optimizes workflow, enabling each sector to operate independently while maintaining connectivity with the rest of the company.
The First Floor is the point of contact with customers. This level houses reception, waiting areas, personalized customer service, cash management, and accounting, ensuring an intuitive and orderly experience for both clients and employees. It also includes administration, human resources, meeting rooms, and the executive office, consolidating strategic and operational decision-making in one place. The third floor is a space for Work and Collaboration, dedicated to travel operations and sales, this level also features a key social space: the dining area and training room. The addition of tiered seating in the dining area allows for hybrid use as a gathering and training space, fostering integration and learning within the workplace.
The color palette a visual Language that reinforces corporate identity, remains neutral, featuring shades of gray, white, and wood to create a professional and timeless atmosphere. The company’s signature colors—green and yellow—are strategically applied to vertical planes and movable partition screens, enhancing brand identity and adding a dynamic element to the space. Flexibility and adaptability in furniture design were key to creating efficient and versatile workspaces. The corporate furniture was designed to adapt to different configurations, ensuring continuous space optimization. Movable panels and modules made of wood and textiles create semi-private areas within the open workspace, achieving the perfect balance between collaboration and focused work.
Well-being and productivity in harmony: beyond aesthetics and functionality, the project prioritizes employee well-being. The integration of relaxation zones, social spaces, and hybrid environments fosters a healthier and more inspiring work culture, where creativity and efficiency complement each other.
The redesign of Siga Turismo by Estudio Echaniz Gallo is a prime example of how architectural design can transform a workspace into a tool for growth. By improving operations, reinforcing corporate identity, and prioritizing employee well-being, the new headquarters not only meets current needs but also lays the foundation for a more dynamic and collaborative future.
