Cityscape – Casa CM by MZ Architects

One of the major morphological challenges is the fact that the terrain is elevated above the street, allowing the desired morphology to be located on a podium. The L-shaped arrangement to close the corner not only preserves the privacy of the patio but also protects against adverse weather conditions. The upper floor is designed as a completely closed box towards the south and permeable towards the north, with fixed aluminum sunshades providing privacy.

The pool, accessible from the ground floor and from the master bedroom via a secondary staircase, provides the desired comfort and delicacy to the patio.
