Some residences impress through scale; others remain memorable because of the sensitivity invested in every detail. Casa 9768 achieves both, bringing light, material and proportion together in a contemporary home that feels expressive, cohesive and deeply connected to its occupants.
Casa 9768 reflects a contemporary understanding of residential luxury, shaped not only by generous scale and refined finishes but by the quality of the experience it creates. Designed by Dasha Design in Lake Nona, the residence is conceived as a unified composition in which architecture, interiors, lighting and bespoke detailing work together with deliberate clarity. The double-height entrance establishes this ambition immediately, introducing a sense of ceremony while connecting visually to the broader interior. Its proportions are impressive, yet the space avoids feeling purely theatrical. Instead, it acts as a threshold between the exterior and a sequence of carefully orchestrated rooms, each linked through a consistent material and spatial language. From the outset, Casa 9768 presents drama with control, allowing contemporary family life to unfold within an expansive yet highly considered and carefully personalised residential setting.
The open living, dining and kitchen areas form the social centre of the home, connected by uninterrupted sightlines and a restrained palette of polished stone, warm timber, clear glass and black architectural accents. These materials recur throughout the residence, giving the interiors a strong identity while allowing each space to retain its own atmosphere. The floating staircase functions as both circulation and sculpture, animating the double-height volume without visually enclosing it. Glass balustrades reduce its weight, while darker structural details lend precision and contrast. In the principal living area, a dramatic feature wall provides focus within the generous proportions, creating an anchor for everyday life and entertaining.
